        • Staffing will be determined based on party size. If additional staff is requested, there may be additional staffing fees.<\/li>\n
        • If time limit is approved by management and exceeded, an additional $1,000 per hour venue fee plus 20% gratuity on that venue fee and any additional food & beverage will be applied.<\/li>\n
        • Bring-your-own-dessert fee $8 per person.<\/li>\n
        • DJ or live music is potentially permitted but most be approved in advance and additional fees may apply.<\/li>\n
        • 20% gratuity will be added to all parties, and 3% management fee is added to all parties. All parties are subject to 8% sales tax on food & beverage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Display, decorations, logo use and Client\u2019s Property: All displays and\/or decorations proposed by Client will be subject to prior written approval of the Venue in each instance. Use of the Venue\u2019s logo in any printed or promotional materials must be approved in advance by the Venue. Outside vendors would be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance. Venues\u2019 COI Requirements are available upon request. Client is responsible to pay vendors.<\/p>\n
